I have used Crouchers Heating & Plumbing on two occasions. The first was in October 2024, when I desperately needed assistance with a fault on my combination boiler. We were without heating and hot water & tried various local plumbers. Crouchers were the first to respond & agreed a visit. The engineer arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and arranged for the necessary part, which was fitted soon after. The second time was in February 2025, when I arranged for a replacement boiler for my Mother. The original boiler had spectacularly and messily failed, so we were in a bad situation. A temporary repair was arranged by an insurer-appointed plumber, but replacement was needed. Crouchers were the only plumber who went out of their way to resolve the access issues that made the installation of a new boiler awkward. They did an excellent installation job, were clean and tidy, and extra care was taken to protect the carpets. All at a very competitive price. Will use again.

We have been using this company since 2007 when they installed the heating system and fitted the bathroom. They also conduct an annual boiler service and will shortly be preplacing the guttering on our property.

We had the misfortune of a boiler breakdown and a constantly running toilet—both at the same time. Thankfully, Phil and Barry came to the rescue. Phil tackled the boiler issue while Barry sorted out the toilet, and both were absolutely brilliant. They were super helpful, incredibly informative, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I always knew what was happening and what to expect next, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Great service from start to finish—couldn’t have asked for better engineers!

I have used Crouchers several times over the years. From installing a new boiler to investigating and fixing heating pump and radiator issues, I have always found their work to be satisfactory and their staff to be very polite and helpful.

I panicked when my shower pump failed . Crouchers could not have been more helpful and quick in arranging a new one to be fitted and at the same time to put another shower in a further bathroom . The work was carried out in less than a day and everywhere was left clean and tidy. I would not hesitate in reccomending Crouchers

Phoned the office and they were helpful and booked in the job for next day. Plumber was on time actually a little early but he rang to ask if that was OK. Work was carried out and left clean. First timing using this company as new to area and will use them again.
