I recently had CRS Roofing and Roofline Solutions Ltd install a new rubber EPDM roof with full trims, lead flashings, guttering and finishing work. The job was completed to a very high standard throughout. David and his apprentice were excellent from start to finish — professional, reliable, and clearly take real pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and to give me full confidence in the quality of the installation. The owner Gareth genuinely cares about his reputation and delivering top marks for each customer, which I experienced on this job. I was extremely selective when choosing the right roofer and in the end, I am glad I chose CRS. To top it off, my new roof is fully insurance backed guarantee by the Consumer Protection Association. I needed a flat roof replacing & a chimney repointing and was recommended CRS by a friend. Their work was of good quality and the roofers were friendly and tidied up after themselves. I was pleased to be given before and after photos and I'm happy with the standard of work.

Very pleased with initial response to our tentative enquiry with follow up calls and emails and then a site visit to assess the proposed work and provide a quote. Actual work was done speedily and with minimum fuss and a nice clean up!

Re-pointed the ridge tiles; quote was quick (with drone photos), fair price, completed work when they said they would, clean & tidy workmen - who were friendly, would certainly recommend.

The company’s approach was very professional and flexible in dealing with our circumstances. From quote to completion of work was one week. From my initial enquiry I was impressed with the professional response I received. The Receptionist Alicia was friendly and helpful and an appointment was made for Gareth to call and discuss the work to be done within a couple of days. He advised me on what the job would entail and the timescale, and agreed to email the quote the following day. I was pleased that the cost was very favourable, against other quotes I'd received and I was happy to accept . The three guys turned up promptly on the agreed day and talked me through what they would be doing, and got to work straight away. All were friendly and respectful of the property, I was amazed when they finished the job in a few hours, and cleaned up thoroughly . The finished result was just as I hoped and I feel confident my roof is sound and well maintained. I would definitely recommend CRS Roofing to my friends an neighbours. Thank you for a job well done!
