Required new composite front and back door. Visited my home and provided information of the product, very friendly and personable with a no pressure sales technique. Competitive quote provided and fitting date locked in.Fitter arrived first thing in the morning. Friendly guy who did a great job and tidied after himself. From start to finish, the process was easy and friendly would highly recommend.

My extension/conservatory was completed by Custom Choice Home improvements in Peterborough. It has wooden flooring L.E.D lighting, 4 double power points, windows all around and 2 sets of bi-folding doors. A Family business - My contact Tony, demonstrated professionalism throughout the build.His team have fitted all windows and doors and some flooring in my 3 bedroom bungalow, with no problems. Tony pays attention to detail, and ensures that all work is done to a mutual satisfaction. All the work done is neat accurate and of a sound quality. The decision to go with Custom Choice Home Improvement was probably made within a few minutes of our initial meeting at their showroom because of their willingness to discuss and explore our options. There’s always that trepidation in choosing a company as to whether their initial conduct and reviews are genuine, but our instincts were proved right and they excelled in all sort ways from accommodating our timescales to expediting snagging items, resulting in our property looking awesome after their work. Along with the great positive attitude shown to overcome the invariable problems you get when retro fitting into an existing building, the attention to detail of both the fitting team was exemplary.

Tony,Tariq and the fitter Brian have all been excellent during the whole process of us having our old consrvatory and utility room torn down and rebuilt.We went with Tony's excellent advice and chose a warm roof type construction which we had never heard of and are very impressed with the end result. All the team have kept us informed during the rebuild period and Brian is a top fitter.

CCHI were terrific from the outset. They did over 20 windows, 3 external doors, bifold doors and completely removed and rebuilt my conservatory. The options were clear, as was the quote and all paperwork and the quality of the installation work was outstanding. Thoroughly professional outfit.

Absolutely professional from quotation, installation and administration. I obtained several quotations from other companies and although this company were not the cheapest on price the product offered was superior and the advice and service supplied warranted the small price difference.
