Dave did an amazing job on my bathroom and kitchen—his workmanship was top-notch, and everything was finished to a high standard. He was professional, reliable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend him for any building work!

I strive to keep my costs at the minimum I can but due to continuous hiking costs of materials, this is very hard to do. After my qoute i was given a start date,from the start of the job until the end I was very happy with the job and I was given regular updates.
Did a survey very quickly, came back with the best price of three quotes, did the work on the day requested, everything done quickly efficiently and clean. I’ve now commission them to do more work on a different property. Would definitely recommend.

It was only a small job but potentially messy. The work was completed quickly, yo a great standard and all the mess was removed immediately. I would definitely recommend CV Property Services!
My grandmother's back door wouldn't lock during the heat of the summer, and had got worse to the point of being completely unable to be locked, leaving the house insecure. Called up and explained, came out and fixed very quickly the same day, even out of working hours. Couldn't recommend more highly, amazing service, thanks to both the lads that came out!
Dave came around to sort my front door out today. He was very professional, polite and sorted the issue within about 15m. I'm very happy with the work. Highly recommend.
Dave @ CV property services was the 3rd contractor to visit and price the leaking roof. He completely put my elderly Aunt at ease, explaining the issue precisely, the fee and when he could book it in. Based on his price for the job compared to the others he is completely trustworthy and in no way tried to exaggerate the problem - all work completed now. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
David and his team have been amazing. From the initial visit through to finishing touches we have felt David has our best interests at heart. He works to a high standard, and we will be having him back in the future to do our bathroom. Very satisfied customers
I had an emergency door repair situation, called CV Property Services and explained to David what had happened. He was with me within an hour and contacted his carpenter to get materials. Door was replaced same afternoon to a high standard. They left the area clean and tidy and took away the broken door and frame. David will come back after Christmas to tidy plaster work. Very impressed
