Gave me a time slot, and contacted me on the day to say he could get there 45 mins early, which was helpful. He arrived, fully kitted out with all the tools he needed. He checked issues with both doors, took time to identify and fix a few different things. Rather than leave ANYTHING not QUITE right, he took the doors off and adjusted them again. Adjusted a few things too, and even sealed door sill 5*"
