Damp2Dry were excellent. They came out quickly to assess my damp bedroom wall, gave me an in depth quote with recommendations and then came and finished the work quickly. I didn't feel pressured at all. I now have a wonderfully damp free wall and some new guttering. They have been very helpful on the phone and the price seemed very reasonable.

I am extremely happy with the work that was done. Had a damp course done a full house renovation from this company and it was finished to a high standard. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again. Professional, knowledgeable and punctual.

From initial survey by Jason to completion by Ryand and Tom Damp2Dry have made the process easy with regular communication from Ruth throughout. The job area increased but was still completed within the allotted time apart from the external element due to the weather. This was however completed very shortly after when weather improved. Ryan and Tom worked hard and were a pleasure to deal with.

Genuinely great experience with Damp2Dry! Gave them a ring as I had a few damp issues in the house. A survey was quickly arranged, all solutions were well explained and a reasonable quote was sent shortly after. Booking in for the work was simple and they managed to get out to me quicker than I anticipated. The work itself was undertaken very efficiently, with every effort made to keep the house tidy. Really good communication and friendly service at all times - especially from Ruth, my main point of contact who was a massive help! 100% recommend!

All ok until after the work was finished. The workmen left a skirting board unattached. It was behind furniture so I didn’t see it. The director of the company came to see it . He just looked at it and said that they don’t usually leave work like that. My decorator put it right not the original workers. The guarantee is worthless. Am disappointed in them. Have only heard from them after I contacted them again. The director thought it was ok seeing as my decorator had sorted out their issue.

I found the gentleman who completed the work on my home to be respectful and there work was excellent.

I live in an old mid terraced house which has been gradually suffering from damp and condensation. I realised it wasn’t healthy in both upstairs bedrooms. I had previously asked other companies to look but they only wanted to sell very expensive equipment and tried to pressure sell. I know the electric system is old, but the surveyor was very understanding of what I asked for and suggested fitting of 2 breathing bricks. Extremely pleased with all aspects of work from start to finish.

Before the job the communication with the office was excellent , the quote was carried out & all the job requirements were explained in great detail & the price quoted was very reasonable. The lads who came out to do the job were very professional & carried out the job in one day to a very high standard. We would certainly recommend & would use them again if any other issues arise.

Used damp2dry on 3 occasions. Twice for damp proofing of living room and utility room after penetrating/rising damp found and once for a full conversion of a barrel cellar. On each occasion the company and staff have been a pleasure to deal with. The office staff arranged surveys and start dates. Jason (owner) is extremely knowledgeable in what he advised needed doing and at no time did I feel I was being quoted for unnecessary work. The work teams were always polite, on time, hard working and left all areas clean and tidy on completion. Definitely recommend.

I found the damp professional who visited, very useful and helpful. Advice was given to improve my home in respect of said damp but no products or services were pushed on myself. I highly recommend using this business.

This company was amazing! I contacted Damp2Dry for a quote, they were fast in getting back to me to organise a time for someone to come out. I felt at ease during the initial meet, I’d had a few quotes already at this point and previous companies had been extremely pushy for me to book their services then and there. However Damp2Dry were very nice, sent me a quote over email soon after with no obligations. I booked in for the work to be done a few months after the initial meet. The team were friendly, work was done to a high standard and I’m really happy with the results!

I contacted them before I purchased the house for a damp survey for costing estimates. They provided an easy to follow email and attachments with what needed doing and costs. the work was carried out once I moved in and was very good and all very friendly and helpful.

Had work carried out in the kitchen with Ash & Adam. Both lads were very polite, got on with the job & tidied up on completion. I am very happy with the result, would have them back again for future work and would definitely recommend them.
