From initial contact to sending me the warranty documents everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. The work itself in a Victorian terraced house, was completed to a very high standard and the kitchen/vestibule area was left as clean and tidy as it’s possible to be after plastering. I chose Damp2Dry as they had previously done work at my son’s house and I had been very impressed with the standard of work there. I would be completely confident in recommending them to others.

Genuinely great experience with Damp2Dry! Gave them a ring as I had a few damp issues in the house. A survey was quickly arranged, all solutions were well explained and a reasonable quote was sent shortly after. Booking in for the work was simple and they managed to get out to me quicker than I anticipated. The work itself was undertaken very efficiently, with every effort made to keep the house tidy. Really good communication and friendly service at all times - especially from Ruth, my main point of contact who was a massive help! 100% recommend!

I highly recommend Damp2Dry, and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. From initial contact to completion of the work the professionalism and eye to detail is exceptional. I needed a small area, which was originally an outhouse attached to the property, tanking, thermal boarding, and skimming. The quote came in slightly under what I expected, the guys who came to carry out the work were respectful, quiet, and knew exactly what they were doing. The access to the area being worked on is through the kitchen and at the end of each day the kitchen floor was swept and mopped by them, the area in which they were working was left clean and tidy, and there was very little splashing of plaster on the floor (I have used a company in the past where it took 3 days to clean up the floor after plastering). I have more work that is required and will be using this company again.
