My single storey extension roof was fitted wrong by the previous homeowner and was leaking. Dean was recommended to me and advised on the proper course of action. He’s been roofing his whole life so I trust his experience. He explained everything clearly and gave me a very good price compared to my quotes from roofers. He’s to the point and doesn’t mess about, he got straight on with the job and I’m extremely pleased with the result. 10/10 it’s hard to find reliable, trustworthy builders like him.

I could not have been more pleased with the work Dean and his team did on my house always turned up when he said he would and always cleaned up at the end of every day. Would definitely use again.
Dean and his team completed a flat roof renewal, with 2 dome lights in. I got deans number through recommendation. Dean was very communcative through the whole process, with pictures of each stage, which was really helpful. The job took a week to complete and me and my wife are very happy with the final product. I would recommend Dean and his team, and if we have anymore roofing works needed I will definitely use them again. Overall a very happy customer.
Built dormer roof, very good job
Brilliant job! Garage roof was very old and leaking. Dean came straight out to give a quote. Fab job, done to a high standard and completed quickly. Would definitely recommend!
Dean and his team completed a re roof for me earlier this year. Dean is clearly very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were very tidy and did an outstanding job. Great communication throughout too. I would highly recommend Davies Roofing to anyone.
Davies roofing and building Ltd fitted the flat roof to my garden bar Dean quoted for the work and gave me some great advice for the build. The work was completed in two days and I’m very happy to recommend Dean and his boys
Got Dean,s details from trustatrader site , rang him and he came out same day , we had a damp patch appear next to chimney . Dean assessed chimney the advice was to reduce height of rotten chimney and recap with new capping stone etc . Dean and his small team attended to damage in a very short time frame from first contact We are very grateful , many thanks to Dean & team for quick intervention . Team were polite and quick .
Dean was very professional from the start, him and his team carried out a large flat roof renewal for me. Communication on progress was excellent from start to finish, me and my partner are very happy with the finished roof. No more leaks and a nice guarantee. Would highly recommend dean and his team. 10/10
