Highly recommend Ross and his team. Us and the neighbour had the full roof replaced, as well as our own flat roof on the extended parts of the house. The workmanship was spot on, absolutely delighted with everything. We were very specific on the kind of tiles we wanted, and even given the current difficulties in building supply levels, Ross still managed to get us the tiles we wanted and installed everything in the time promised. Ross was ever present on the job which is always a good sign as far as im concerned, and the lads he has on books were all brilliant, all very polite. 5 stars

RG roofing came to our properly to give us a quote for the work. We booked them. We had to ask a few times for a date. Eventually a Thursday was booked. The day before I asked for it to be confirmed with a time. The reply was simply to confirm the address despite being asked twice for a time. All messages were on whattsapp so I I know they were being read. He didn't turn up to do the work. He didn't answer his phone when we tried to ring and hasn't answered any messages.

Requested from several builder / roofers for quote to replace roof, gutters and include roof window. R G responded quickly and quoted at a fair price within the specified timescale. Work was completed within good time despite poor weather and roof looks great. Very happy with the outcome.

The Roofing Team were professional in their application to the job. They were organised, effective and efficient in their use of time. All rubbish/debris was cleanly transferred to a hired skip ensuring access to and from the house was free from obstacles. The finished roof plus the renewed bay and apex are of a high standard and the house is looking particularly attractive. Ross and his lads renewed the roof on mine and my partners house last week. The lads arrived on time, completed the work as agreed to a high standard. The job was left tidy and clean.

Old roof stripped off in 2 days and new one finished in 3 days. Workmen courteous and quiet, no shouting or swearing and cleaned up at the end of each days work. Very satisfied with the quality of the job and very reasonably priced.

Ross Greaves and his team constructed a pitched roof to replace the existing flat felt roof. Mr Greaves made suggestions on how this should be done and we are very pleased with the end result.It has transformed the look of our house. I cannot fault the workmanship which is first class. Excellent work with great attention to detail. Both our house and our adjoining neighbour’s looks great and we can feel the difference in the warmth of the house since the insulation was fitted. We cannot recommend Mr Greaves and his team highly enough. They have made an excellent job of our roof. They did everything that they said they would do and always turned up when they said that they would. All the workmen were very helpful, tidy and professional in their manner. Mr Greaves explained exactly what was being done and talked as through the progress and plan for the next day at the end of each day so we always felt informed about what was happening. Highly recommended.

Before the roof was replaced a repair was fixed while we were on holiday, to stop a leak. Excellent job, carried on working through high winds and cold weather, and finished ahead of time. Neighbours commented on how little mess there was, especially when spray foam was being removed as well, and how good the new roof looks.

Ross and his team always turned up on time, very easy to discuss things with and left a great job at the price that had been quoted! The whole job ran very smoothly, from start to finish, would highly recommend.
