With Darren, I definitely got more for my money. He goes above and beyond and came back twice to check that I was okay. A really genuine and lovely man.

Our boiler needed to be replaced and after reading excellent reviews about DD Wilson Gas Engineers I contacted them and Darren came and recommended a boiler suitable for our needs and gave us a quote the next day. The lads did an excellent job replacing the boiler and installing a new gas pipe for us. Everywhere was left clean and tidy, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Darren showed us how everything worked including the wireless programmer. DD Wilson are a family run business and we would highly recommend them and will certainly use them for any future work.

Sorry my review is late!!! I found This company via Facebook and was initially impressed with the video tours they did of previous jobs. I'm a landlord of a house that had a very old back boiler and wanted a new combo boiler, one of those jobs that you think is going to be so long and messy that I was just putting it off. I got in touch with Darren to get an idea of price/time/mess and was very impressed with his information and offer of a free quote. Darren visited the property and talked me through the options. The work was done to a very high standard, on-time and with as little disruption to the tenants as possible (they were able to stay in the property). Im very impressed with the customer service, the work, the aftercare, and with the future yearly gas check. I would definetly recommend this company to others.

I highly recommend DD Wilson. From the first call I made to completion of the work was first class. Darren went out of his way to overcome unforeseen problems that arose and he was so patient. He really went the extra mile and customer care was excellent both from him and the office. Ive already recommended him to friends and will definitely use him again ????

Brilliant, absolutely perfect. He gave the best quote and the service was faultless, and I didn't have to chase up for paperwork afterwards! I've recommended him to loads of people, including the nurses in the local hospital who were dealing with my injuries through a bad fall. One of them told me she was pleased to be given the details, but not of learning about Darren through my fall!

I am a landlord and Darren is always my first port of call. His prices are very reasonable and he always takes the time to explain clearly and patiently what is going to be done, and why. Very friendly, an all round nice man.

I have used Darren twice now. On both occasions I received exemplary service at very reasonable rates. My boiler broke down on Thursday - Darren had my new one installed and working by Monday.

Very professional. He covered the stairs and carpet and was pleasant to deal with, puts your mind at ease. The service was magic - he was in and out in no time without a speck of dirt being left behind.

Our boiler was not in a good position in a cupboard and we needed a service and a thermostat. I messaged DD Wilson and Darren came out the next day. After accepting the quote, 3 of his lads came the following morning. They moved the boiler, fitted the filter and serviced it. They were all lovely, did a great job and left everything tidy. They even covered the stairs and landing carpet , no one has ever bothered doing that before. They then phoned Darren and he came to fit the thermostat, showed how to operate it and gave advice also on carbon monoxide alarms and checked our smoke alarms. He made sure we were happy with the work before payment. I will be keeping Darren and his team as my regular repairer/service engineer and would highly recommend them . The cost for the whole job was very good for the work involved. We did not intend having the boiler moved originally but it was a necessity to be able to service it. Guys did an absolutely brilliant job. Clean, efficien, nothing too much trouble really pleased with the work they have done. They even alerted us to an unsafe electrical problem they came across unrelated to the heating job. Thanks for that guys its all sorted now. They have also installed a new boiler in one ofour rental properties and have completed gas safety checks in another. Would highly recommend them. Thanks again guys.

Fantastic job, great price. Very professional job by Darren and his team. Old boiler taken out, new combi boiler fitted, old tank taken out of airing cupboard and 2 water tanks taken out of the loft, all done in a day and no mess whatsoever, everywhere sheeted out, very, very clean and tidy workers. I had a full central heating system fitted. The three fitters Paul,Saun and Rowen are a credit to the company. Darren who is the owner and the first point of contact, is an ideal frontman for the company. Everything that was quoted for was carried out to an excellent standard at a very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and in fact I have to my father and he is waiting on a visit to quote for some work. I cannot praise them enough - 10 out of 10.
