What a stressful experience! James and his cohorts say all the right things, but after us paying him thousands we were left with the guttering leaking worse (in 3 places now, instead of 1) than before we engaged him. After coming back to fix it - it is still leaking badly. It has been many months of this and now he no longer answers my calls, texts or emails - seemingly happy to take our money and leave us with a waterfall pouring down the side of the property. If he is unable to mend a gutter - there is NO WAY I would trust him with a roof. We still don't have the promised guarantees either.

Great job but still waiting for the rubbish to be taken away after two weeks

I had a major leak in my skylight roof that was very bad James said the people that have done this. I’ve done it all wrong and you need to contact them. But the company had closed down he was straight on the ball showed us all the wetness around the roof completely useless. They gave me a quote which we finally settled on and the job was done within three days Lovely guys and very clean tidied up every day and I have an out of 15 year guarantee plus a long letter going to my building insurance so I can claim for the loss highly recommended

Had this form in to replace a double garage flat roof and replaced the guttering and facia the site was tidy throughout and the finish was to great standards neat and water tight I recommend this form 100%

It is not quality roofers at all. Very poor quality. A lot of talking but not prepared to fix the problems which they were paid for. Time wasting.
