"Brilliant service from Dean Garage Doors Ltd. After our PV installers accidentally disconnected the garage door’s power, we tried to work out why it wouldn’t close. Not realising the power had been pulled, we opened the manual‑mode box during our checks and unintentionally put the door into manual mode. DGSL sent an Engineer, Charlie, out within a couple of hours. He quickly identified the loss of power, reset the manual‑mode issue, and had the door running perfectly again. As we only moved in four months ago, he also took the time to explain how the system works, which was genuinely helpful."
