Brilliant work, so good that I am having him back for more work.
Although very friendly and approachable the quality of finish was very poor with pretty much all woodwork only partially glossed despite them being told and apparently repainting areas, and missing paint on walls. Not really a professional service although priced higher than the normal price range. Floors were partially covered and no coverage on doors meaning all our wooden doors, less than 4 months old, were damaged by paint - now need sanding and replenishing. Also damage caused by spilt paint on carpets, flooring and bannisters and to two window ledges. Overall we are now spending a lot of time repainting/finishing and making good. Not a great experience.

"We are perplexed by this negative review. The customers paid but asked us to leave before we had finished, thereby not giving us the chance to complete the job. Admittedly some wet paint from the door frame transferred to the door when it was shut before the paint had dried, but we rectified this there and then. When the customer said there were 'missed' areas, he could not find them to point out to me. In the spirit of good customer service, we re-painted all of the frames. There was no mention of any other damage, i.e. to carpets, and I am confident that our methods to protect furnishings are sound. As evidenced by the many other positive reviews we have received, we maintain that Decorhaus offers excellent quality work at a very competitive price."
