What I particularly liked is that he worked with me throughout the build on finalising specifications and even modifying designs. Dema Home Improvements have worked absolute magic with our living room space. Christo and his team were a pleasure to work with, and it was clear that they took immense pride in their work. There were several times that our jaws dropped on seeing the changes in the living room; the most memorable ones were seeing how good the refurbished archway looks, as well as seeing the new ceiling and flooring for the first time. I would highly recommend Christo and his team for home improvements. They refurbished our house for us with the following jobs: kitchen & bathroom refurbishment, carpet and laminate flooring and decorations. Cannot recommend highly enough. Extremely polite, reliable and knowledgeable. Also installed a new bio ethanol fire place, fitted built-in fridge freezer, new lighting. Beautiful tiling done in the completely re-done bathrooms, new panelling made for downstairs loo in a former cupboard. Competitive pricing and very trustworthy.

We are very pleased with our final result. The fitting of our new kitchen cupboard was well done. Also pleased with the decorating and delighted with the new flooring. We would recommend Christo and all his staff for their politeness and quality of work.

Christo and his team did a great job installing new drainage outside my property. Very thorough and left my house nice a tidy afterwards.

Christo did a fantastic job replacing our kitchen and installing a new WC under the stairs. The job came in on time and on budget, and Christo was brilliant at communicating with us throughout the process. I used Dema Home Improvements to paint a ceiling, walls and woodwork of my lounge. Their team arrived at the appointed time and worked efficiently until the work had been completed two days later. Dema have done an excellent job refitting two bathrooms in separate properties and also constructed a clockroom toilet room in the upstairs bedroom. Christo has been excellent at communicating during the work and the standard of workmanship has been very high. But he has also achieved this in very short time frames due to tenancy swap overs in two weeks. Dema are our go-to builders and we're happy to refer them to friends and family

DEMA came out and quoted me for fixing some grouting in my shower, replacing two extractor fans, fixing two leaking toilets and replacing a leaky valve above my water meter. We discovered some issues with the original installation as the work was being done and they were very honest about what could and couldn't be done. They did their best to minimise the expense to me and still did a brilliant job. Very polite, prompt and communicative. Definitely recommend their services and will call them again.

We had work completed on the walls in the hallway, stairs, landing and two bedrooms. We had woodchip wallPaper removed, walls filled in and sanded and then painted. Christo, his father and brother were brilliant. They were on time everyday and working tirelessly all day. They always left the house tidy and clean when they were finished. I can’t fault any of the work they did. Would highly recommend!
