It was a large project but he actively helped us try and save money where possible like protecting and reusing as many roof tiles as possible, letting us purchase our own skip and scaffolding to cut out management costs. He also only proceeded with additional work once it was agreed.. so no surprises. A little more expensive compared to other quotes, but he was knowledgeable and made us feel at ease that the house would be safe in his hands."
