Ben managed the whole project, ensuring scaffolders, carpenters, electricians, roofers, tilers and bathroom fitters were here when needed to keep the project moving. Communication was great, with Ben providing a full itinerary before we started and sticking to it throughout. He always let us know what was happening and when.
