EV car charger fitted to an awkward location in detached garage. Required cable to be laid from internal consumer unit past uPVC doors and porch then round driveway and through into the garage. Excellent thought and consideration given to the route and when the cable was laid you're hard pushed to see any evidence. Excellent attention to detail such as touching up screw heads with black silicone so that they won't rust or look unsightly. Excellent clean up afterwards. Great service and price. Issue developed later with the charging robot and rather than giving me contact info for the manufacturer, Diamond Electrical went out of their way to resolve the issue on my behalf.

A fantastic experience. During our Kitchen renovations we used Diamond Electrical Solutions to carry out a complete rewire of our kitchen. They installed a new consumer unit, ring main, electric range, sockets, switches and lighting. Throughout the process, from the initial contact to completion of the work, the communication, advice and work standard were second to none. Although I had a number of extra requests they were carried out quickly, efficiently and with total professionalism. They were punctual, worked quickly and efficiently and were neat and tidy. First class service.

This company fitted LED strip lights into a factory unit, they have also recently installed CCTV. The company have always proved to be very professional and always do what is requested of them. They are a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend them. I have always been very satisfied with their work.

We wanted some new plugs fitted in our 1886 Victorian terrace house in Sunderland. My wife found Diamond Electrical and Suresh came out to our home promptly. Suresh advised he could do the work and gave us an estimate of three days, he asked us to consider a rewire on top of what we needed doing, he explained in detail how this could be accomplished and left us to think about it. There was absolutly no pressure from Suresh and we decided based upon his advise to go for it. Suresh and John ended up completing the work in only two days opposed to three, which was brilliant. After every day they cleaned up any mess made and made sure we were happy. Upon completion of the works Suresh left the old sockets dead by turning them off at the board, this was done to make sure there were no surprises to come before he cut the old cabling completely. Suresh returned (free of charge) today and cut the old wire, took off the old sockets, and cleaned up all the mess. I could not recommend Diamond Electrical enough, I've been left with peace of mind about the work undertaken and we will be having Suresh and team back for the other electrical work we need doing down the line.

Had a simple plug rewiring job and he fixed it very quickly and talked me through the process well so I feel confident to do it myself for next time, overall very efficient and quick to come out to help, will definitely be using them in the future!

Suresh has done a fantastic job with a full rewire of our elderly mums house, we could not be happier or more grateful for his help, advice and attention to detail. It all started with a leaking shower unit which kept tripping the electricity. Suresh came when he said he would, identified the problem and put us in touch with someone who could rectify the leaking shower so that he could then attend to the electrical problems. As the wiring was so old we decided that a full house rewire was the safest option as mum relies on an electric stair lift, bed and chair. Suresh explained the whole process in detail and came up with a lot of suggestions regarding the position of sockets , lights and switches which have made things much easier for mum. He is a very considerate, patient and respectful man who works to a very high standard. Both Suresh and John have been great at putting mum at ease and their work is second to none. We contacted Suresh to change some spotlights in the bathroom and he advised using LEDs. We also needed two new hall lights fitted and two bedroom light fittings changed. He arrived promptly to assess the job and sent us a detailed quote. This morning he again arrived and was very respectful of our home whilst carrying out the job. He consulted us as the work was being undertaken and had a caring ,friendly manner.
