Dimension One provided an outstanding service from start to finish. Although they were not the cheapest of the companies we obtained quotes from, we felt that the design service and the options that they provided put them head and shoulders above the rest The after sales service was also fantastic. As we were adapting / adding to an existing kitchen after having an extension built, Keith managed to source the additional items we needed despite the fact that our existing kitchen had been discontinued. He then arranged to have the existing doors etc, along with the new items, sprayed in a colour of our choosing. Despite our reservations about doing this, the final result was magnificent. The fitting of the kitchen was carried out with minimum fuss and to an extremely high standard. The quartz worktop was fitted this week and we are absolutely delighted with how it all looks. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to renew or upgrade an existing kitchen.

Dimension One responded very quickly to our initial contact. Keith was very helpful, making suggestions for our kitchen and also where necessary explained why what we had suggested and wanted wouldn't work and provided an alternative solution. He adjusted the design for us right up to the point of confirming the order and paying the deposit. Gary our fitter was punctual every day and was very clean and tidy with is work. The kitchen has been finished to a very high standard and Gary tidied everything away as much as possible at the end of each day to cause the least amount of disruption possible. Very highly recommended.

Excellent. Keith project managed from design and quote through to finish. Builder and electrician we're great, hard-working and tidy. Timings were generally good and communication quick. Highly recommend. And a great new kitchen diner that's transformed our mid-terrace!

From the first visit, to the design and quote and to the fitting everything has been seamless. I cant begin to tell you how happy we are with our new bespoke fitted wardrobes, the quality is clear and the finish is superb. Keith is personable and listens to what you want, he is also reasonably priced and gave us a quick turn around. The fitters were professional, clean and efficient. Met with Keith after deciding we wanted a new kitchen and everything from the first appointment to the finish was brilliant. He was always so responsive to any questions we had and nothing was a problem. The whole team were amazing, had the old kitchen taken out and new one in much quicker than I thought it would be able to be done. The price was better than any other quotes we had and the workmanship his absolutely amazing. We could not be happier with the new kitchen and layout. So, so glad we chose Dimension One.
