Darren replied promptly to my request to fix our front door lock and completed the work the same evening. He is extemely knowledgable in his field, checked everything, explained the problem, then was able to replace the relevant parts with new as required. He did not undertake work that was not neccessary and offered to be contacted should any problem arise following fixing our lock. I highly reccomend Darren.

Darren was efficient, proficient and polite. He came to the house to assess all the work I requested and confirmed he would send a cost / time estimate to see if I was happy with everything. The work involved hanging 2 new doors and fixing/hanging another one which had warped hinges & the door frame screw alignment wasn't correct, fixing a new pane of glass into a outside window, repairing a drawer and, building up a long, tv unit flat pack (I can't even attempt these at all). We agreed a time & date for one whole day's work. Darren was punctual and his work ethic was excellent. During the day he had to highlight a problem with one of the door frames hadn't been originally constucted properly which caused a delay for the new door to be hung. Darren explained everything clearly. All work was finished on time, of good quality and all areas where the work was carried out was properly cleaned up. Thank you for your hard work it was greatly appreciated.
