Rob did a fantastic job installing a new central heating system (boiler and new radiators in every room, as well as Hive thermostat) for us when we first moved into our older house. He was super professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He really took the time to talk us through everything when he visited initially, and the quality of the work itself is great. Everything looks super modern, and we've not had any issues with it at all. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

DLC actually carried out 2 lots of work for us, a new boiler and other system work in Feb 23 then a completely new on suite bathroom in September. All work carried out was completed to a high standard, on time and to budget. 10/10

Rob carried out my first annual boiler service in January. 12 months earlier, & days before Christmas, my previous boiler had broken down irreparably. Rob was recommended to me by a tradesman carrying out unrelated work at my property. Rob took the panic out of this situation by responding promptly and professionally, he also ensured he fully discussed & advised all options available to enable me to choose a new boiler. This was installed within the time frame given & before Christmas. Rob takes time to discuss details in an understandable manner. The work completed was of a high standard, completed on time, without disruption to the household. It was also good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Rob fitted us in at the weekend to remove our old gas fire and rescue a pigeon which had fallen down the chimney and got trapped behind the fire. Very quick and efficient and didn't charge too much either.

I had an emergency leak from my hot water tank in the loft. Water had been dripping through electrical fittings on the ceiling to the carpet below. After a non response from another plumbing firm I needed to get this fixed as soon as possible. DLC was contacted and turned up promptly. The fault (a corroded immersion heater) was quickly diagnosed and a replacement was fitted. I was very pleased with the way DLC dealt with my urgent plumbing problem, especially the high level of attention and service given in a friendly professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to future customers. Thanks.

Rob came out to fix my leaky radiator and do a boiler service super quickly. He worked out what the issues were and got them all fixed much faster than I anticipated. Would recommend.
