Nic and Patrick did an amazing job upgrading my bathroom and shower! They were super personable, always on time, and worked incredibly hard to get everything done right. The quality of their work is excellent, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final result. Very friendly and very professional service. They have installed a new water heater (in replacement of an old immersion water heater) and washing machine. No hassle, and left the area clean and tidy. Not many trades person clean up after themselves! I have already recommended them to a few of my friends and clients and will continue to do so. Very happy! Thank you both
Speaking on behalf of Connection, I want to say how deeply impressed I am by Patrick. He came out to complete the work with such a positive attitude and was genuinely friendly and approachable. We had a great conversation, and he carried out his work to a very high standard, even taking the time to clean up afterwards. It was clear from the start that he’s experienced, skilled, and has a good heart. I mentioned to him that my elderly neighbour in her 70s was having issues with her heating after some cowboy plumbers had sawn out a radiator. Even though Patrick had a busy day, he kindly offered to take a look and see if he could help. Within 20 minutes, he’d sorted the issue for her - and he refused to charge. That gesture alone says so much about his character and professionalism. He’s the kind of plumber you can trust, not just for the quality of his work, but for his integrity and kindness
Wanted a new shower and toilet in my bathroom, the DMP lads have excellent communication once again and very punctual with a great overall result. More than pleased as always with these guys, I recommend them to everybody.
Nicholas came to sort out two of our radiators. He was helpful, thorough and informative and we won’t hesitate to use his services again.

Called DM Pritchard regarding a problem with my boiler, Nicholas answered the phone and give me a day he could have a look. He diagnosed the issue and explained everything, ordered the part and completed the work the following day. Extremely happy with the service and would recommend to anyone who needs a trustworthy Engineer.
Called DM Pritchard for an urgent repair. Nicholas came out quickly to stop the leak, and organised a future visit to repair the toilet. He was very professional, had great communication and left the bathroom clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again in future and recommend them to anyone!
