David and his team carried out some work to return our roof back to its previous, watertight state. The work was carried out to a very high standard and in the face of what was some pretty challenging weather, actually managed to finish a full day ahead of time. Would highly recommend.

David kept us informed as to schedule of scaffolding, skip and roofing team arriving. The roof was stripped and retiled in ONE DAY by a team of 8 !! So impressed with DMWS Property Maintenance Ltd. The area was left clean and tidy.

David and the lads were great in their communication, identifying the repairs, and carrying them out. -repointed chimneys -secured chimneys -rebidded and cemented party walls Plus, the clean up was impeccable, so no post job work for me to do. 10/10 would recommend.
