Locking mechanism on my upvc door has been iffy for some years now and I was worried that it would fail completely. Phoned up this company and spoke to Jason. I explained problem and he got me to take pictures of the lock so he could locate one from a manufacturer. He was let down by a courier but kept me informed of this problem,so no stress there. He fitted new mechanism on the day and time he said he would. Excellent communication and workmanship. Highly recommend this company 👌
