"I received emails to confirm the engineers arrival timeslot and he called 15 minutes before he arrived. He was friendly and happy and went straight work on my fridge freezer. Despite it being over 15 years old, he conducted a number of diagnostic checks and though he could not repair the fault in the end (due to its age essentially) he was clear and honest and I couldn't have asked for better service. I would gladly have this company back if needed in future."
