This is probably the 5th time we’ve used Donnell Electric. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly . They are polite and work with you on large projects or small quick fixes . Thank you guys.

John and his colleague did a good professional job. I have no complaints and would use them again.

Had an old cooker hood removed and replaced by a new one I had bought online. It was not an easy job to do due to the way the old unit had been fitted but John and his partner did a first class job in replacing it with the new unit which gives the fitted kitchen a more modern appearance. Can definitely recommend Donnell Electrical.

Donnell ECL - Completed removal of original electrical main frame planned new electrical installation consulting architect plans. Not only was the professionalism along side having an encyclopaedic knowledge of electrical installations in our domestic environment. We can not praise this company enough in this day and age in the UK they are a breath of fresh air. We also took advantage in up dating our Fire alarm system this was supplied as well to a high level of standards .

John, Chris and the team were fantastic from planning to execution. Adapting along the way and providing some great advice. I would thoroughly recommend Donnell electrical. It’s been a great experience and supper happy with the end result.

Lastnight I had crackling/arc flash coming from fuse box. Switched power off. John came out on a emergency call. He got me up and running through the night. Came back in the morning to fit new fuse box. My house was a challenge but John and Daniel sorted it. They cleared up their mess after. Reasonable price. Their priority is ur safety, not to try and rip u off. Definitely saving John number if I need anymore work doing.

Can't fault the service. Issue fixed without any fuss. Happy to recommend and would be very happy to use again.

We had a power cut at 21:00 on a Monday. We thought we had unplugged all the appliances, but we were unable to turn the main switch back on. John answered the phone directly and offered to talk us through on the phone first to get us safely through the night. He was very patient and guided us through a whole range of troubleshooting steps. We would have never found it without his help, which was quick, direct, and even free, as he said the advice was gratis. Truly, the man is a saint and I cannot say enough good things about him. Donnell proved reliable and scarily good!
