Blocked toilet in sons ensuite - wasn't flushing. Manhole was blocked. He was very honest he didn't mess around - very professional

Had a blocked toilet. The Dyno Rod engineer who came out was professional, friendly, quick and polite. The job was completed and I was more than happy to provide feedback.

Very efficient, came out quickly. The man who came out was very mindful of getting the job done in a practical way that was respectful of time so this wasnt overcharged. He kept me informed at what needed doing and was very authentic. They had me back up and running from a pretty severe blockage within 24 hours of reporting to them.

We had a leak in the house, and Dyno sent their leak detection team to find and repair the leak. The engineer who came was polite and friendly. Explained exactly what he needed to do in order to find the leak. He took his time and was thorough with his search. When he detected the leak, he explained my option and how much this was going to cost me. He then proceeded to fix the leak. Excellent service.

Handle had gone on the flush on the toilet - they came out the same day to fix the problem

Outside toilet was leaking, so plumber fixed that problem then the flush stopped working so same engineer cam eback out and fixed that problem and did an exellent job

There was a problem with a leak in the toilet bowl. Dyno Rod discovered a problem with the pipe behind the tileet bowl ordered a new pipe and refitted it. Very happy.

We had problems with a manhole cover overflowing with raw sewage - I rang Dyno Rod and they said they would try and get someone to me today at some point and would call me back. I thought that would likely not happen very quickly but I got a call back within 5 minutes and they had someone with me within 2 hours - the driver even rang me when he was on his way ! They cleared the problem fairly quickly and for a reasonable cost as I thought I would be stung with a high cost for an emergency call out. I was impressed with the service from beginning to end and would not hesitate to recommend Dyno Rod.

We had blockages in our mains waste Pipes on a long 80 meter run, and waste water was backing up, Dyno Rod despatched a crew immediately to resolve our problems within a few hours of the call we were all clear. Probably the most responsive service i have ever had.

Having had a leak in the water main into the property, we employed Dyno plumbing to replace our water supply to the house.. We found them prompt, and knowledgeable. The job took two days to complete, with the majority of the pipe moled. We had the new line installed to the front of the property. The new internal stopcock was fitted tidy, with minimal wall damage. Within a week I did have suspicions of a possible leak on the new pipe. This was looked at immediately and a faulty fitting replaced. To date we have no other problem.

We had a new shower fitted, and the work was very well done. Excellent service from a very pleasant workman.
