He was tidy and efficient. When he found the leak, he was able to isolate and fix it. He had to lift carpets and floorboards, but left as he found it. First time I have done this, but credit where credit is due!!"

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
