"In consultation with our engineer, Elshad and his team helped us with structural work - namely exposure works to identify the problem, replacing failing timber lintels with steel, and reinforcing the extension beam to remedy cracking in the property. Through a stressful time, ES Build were constantly on hand to answer queries and offer their expertise, without ever pressing us to do works that might’ve been more costly. They did an incredible job for a fair price, never cutting corners to move on. I can’t speak more highly of ES build and will be using them for all future renovation work."
