Callum is a great guy who has done a super job. The quality and price have been good. It's taken longer to finish than I'd hoped but that's not been a problem overall. I recommend him and his team to others without hesitation.

Fantastic group of lads, turned up on time was very polite and friendly. My home suffered a flood and my flooring was absolutely destroyed eagle eye building came in and laid all new flooring and I could not be happier with it. The hard work of this team has transformed my whole house and it looks even better than it did originally! I can not thank them enough! Mid way through the job we also came to an agreement on a few added extras and They were all completed to a very high standard. Great price, great work, great team. Special mention to Callum, the guy really knows his stuff and is so easy to approach and talk to. Would 100% recommend these guys to anyone and everyone and i will be calling them for amy future work I get done. Thank you again for all your hard work!

I highly recommend Eagle Eye Builders, I asked for a quotation for my downstairs to be re painted, new laminate flooring and a new kitchen and bathroom fitted. Eagle Eye Builders were prompt at booking me in to give me a quote and I received it 24 hours later, and the price was unbeatable. The professionalism from the builders are 5* and my work was completed in the time frame I was given, and finished to a high standard. All the workers are polite, professional and all very experienced with so much knowledge, and we’re able to answer any questions I had. They put me at ease the whole way through the process by giving me a schedule of work that was being completed over the timescale and I was always spoke through what was being done daily, which I found gave me so much reassurance. This something I had never experienced before with previous builders I’ve used. I have currently re booked for a further project and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you again Eagle Eye Builders.
Very helpful and treated my home with respect as if it was there own
Callum and his team completed two bathrooms for me. From start to finish Callum kept me updated daily on the progress of the job his communication was great. His team of trades have great knowledge and are very polite it was a pleasure to have Eagle Eye revamping my bathrooms. Callums attention to detail is outstanding would highly recommend using this company. I have since then asked Callum to quote for a loft conversion. Very satisfied customer thank you for all your hard work
Callum and his team were punctual, professional, courteous and most importantly there finished work was exemplary. Communication was excellent and Callum was responsive to all our requests. He was also good at making suggestions where his experience improved the final design. Really pleased with our decking. Although the project wasn’t without its challenges the experience of working with Callum and his team was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Callum and his team completed all new flooring for me. Plus all new doors through my flat with new skirting and architraves. I couldn’t have found a nicer team of people. They was always tidy and on time. Very professional and are really good at what they do. They help move all my furniture aswell and nothing seemed to much trouble for them. Thanks again.
