Douglas was great from start to finish. He actually diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me a rough idea of the cost, which was really helpful. When he came out, he confirmed it was the drain pump, replaced it, and had the dishwasher up and running again in no time. Really straightforward, honest service and everything was left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend East Coast Appliances Ltd and would use again without hesitation.

My washing machine was tripping my RCD, I called East Coast Appliances who knew what was wrong as soon as I told them the fault , they were able to advise of a rough guide price and what they thought the problem was. Doug and Tyler visited, replaced the heating element and completed the repair efficiently. They were both respectful of my home and requests. Would 100% recommend this company to friends and family, 10/10 service.

Job was attended to professionally (and friendly too!), and they when a small hose leak was discovered afterwards they came back the next day free of charge to sort it.

The guy checked the reliability of the oven. Thankfully the oven was reliable and working well. No work needed doing. They said they would still charge. But no invoice came through so I'm giving them full marks.

called east coast appliances as my washing machine and tumble dryer had stopped working I had seen they have good reviews and they do not lie. they pre diagnosed both of my machines over the phone and my washing machine I could do myself and saved me an extra charge but the tumble dryer I could not so they gave me an estimate over the phone and it was very well priced the engineers Doug and Tyler arrived within 2 days of the call within the 2 hour time slot and was very professional and fixed my tumble dryer within 45 minutes I am very happy with the service provided and will recommend to fri

Fitted my job in at short notice. Despite failing and refusing to work for several days, the appliance worked ok when they arrived. They carried out checks and suggested I monitor it, then they'd come to make necessary repairs.

My dishwasher came up with an E15 error code and wouldn't complete the cycle, I called Doug and he knew exactly what was wrong with it, arranged a booking for the next day with his office, Doug came with the correct part and was able to fix it ! So pleased with the service and will definitely be recommending this company to anybody that asks.

Josh arrived on time of the time slot given (12.00-2.00pm) Very polite and pleasant young man. Diagnosed the fault immediately and carried out the repay. All done in 45mins. I was extremely pleased withe the service. Excellent.

When I booked the appointment Josh gave me an accurate quote up front. He gave me a time slot and updated me on the engineer’s ETA. On his arrival, Doug quickly diagnosed the fault and fitted a new drainage pump. Doug was very efficient and courteous and there was no mess at all. I would certainly use East Coast Appliances in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
