The quote increased by 40% and tiles were purchased at retail rate as ‘no trade discount available to tilers ‘, design not what was requested, reluctantly accepted amendment so that work could commence . Carpets almost ruined on stairs and hallway, casing missing of cable running to shower and bath and sink were not sealed.
