Pleasant, professional and good communication throughout. The work was completed within 2 days as per the quote and I hardly knew they were there. I had one minor concern and they were happy to come back to fix it. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely SPOT ON. The work has been carried perfectly, they replaced 3 existing sun-roof windows with state-of-the-art Velux. On top of that, they found out the Roof was badly done by the previous roofers, and they replaced the whole timber in order to sustain the new windows weight.

The work was carried out to a satisfactory standard and useful comments provided. The office and roofers were polite and helpful.

Complete Cowboys. Paid Sam to have my rotten fascias replaced and caped along with new gutters. Instead they just capped the rotten fascias trying to hide the issue with minimal work. I complained and they came back to address. The next day it rained and water was pouring off everywhere. Gutters had not been put in place properly. They came back to address. Recently I noticed a joint in the new gutter was loose. On inspection clearly cut too short. I have spoken, emailed and sent photos and videos but they are ignoring me. I will need to pay for another company to come and fix their shoddy work

Excellent. From the outset we were kept fully informed of what would be done and when. The team were polite, punctual and the work carried out to a very high standard. When we did experience one problem they came out on a Sunday to fix it. Would not hesitate to recommend.

When Sam came round he couldn't have been more helpful, explaining the work he thought would need doing and why - and also managing to keep us calm and reassured as our roof was in a worse state than we'd realised. Sam was able to make a start on the work really quickly too, which was great as having a dodgy roof during winter tends to play on your mind. I am incredibly impressed with the work completed by East London Roofing. It was refreshing to see the suggested plan in writing before signing up. The team are professional, polite and treat your home with respect. Sam inspected the roof and discussed the options available to us, he took us through the pro and cons of each and then followed up in writing detailing the full scope of the work that needed to be carried out, and his final recommendation. After an intense process of reviewing potential roofers to work with, I am glad we went with them.

Sam and team did a very good job of replacing old rotten wood fascia and guttering at the front and back of the house. Also new fascia and guttering above bay window. They were professional and had no difficulty in relocating electric wiring attached to the old fascia which we had thought might be tricky. A good job done and we would use them again. Excellent! Very communicative about what was planned, what was going on, and how to work around other trades on site doing other work. The quality of the finish is both technically good and visually impressive, and it’s been fun to have the team on site - they have been keen to get me up ladders to show what is going on. Compared to other quotes this was very competitive and despite finding additional work the quote did not escalate - very straightforward assessment of additional work, prompt re-quote, no delay to getting it done. Really recommend a call to these guys if you need work doing.

Sam has an extremely courteous team of workers. He communicated exactly what was happening and when. Everybody was friendly and hardworking. I felt very confident throughout that the work was being done to the highest standard. I was very happy with the end result and the process. I would have absolutely no doubts in recommending Sam and his team for any job, big or small.
