We used EMBR for our boiler service and would highly recommend. The lady I spoke to when booking was very friendly and helpful. We arranged time suitable for us and the engineer who attended was great. Shoes off at the door without being asked (doesn’t always happen with tradesmen) and was efficient and polite. E.M.B.R did a great job installing our new boiler at our Nottingham home. Since installation, we’ve had the team back round to install air con in a couple of our room. They are a friendly team, and gave some advice on boiler placement and some general advice about the aircon and how to use it effectively. I’d definitely use them again. Thank you!

Fantastic service. There was some confusion as they were expecting a different type of system to what was specified but they adapted and did excellent work regardless. Friendly and polite, we had some good chats and was given some good advice to keep my system working well.

Rich and his team installed a new boiler which had to be moved from its original site, it took 3 days and the install couldn’t have been smoother. They are a very professional team with Rich explaining what the plan was and how things were going throughout. They are friendly, communicative, punctual and thorough and we would highly recommend them.
