They provided an excellent job, with good workmanship, a good friendly attitude to the job with a willingness to go the extra mile. I had all this for an Excellent Price, so I can thoroughly recommend this Company.

Had Darren and Ashton carry out work for me on my house which included insulation and rendering, they did a great job from start to finish. We hit a few snags along the way with it being an old house but they went above and beyond to help me sort these issues. If you want a trustworthy trader who is a man of his word then Darren is your guy my house looks great 👍

Darren and his team were excellent from day one. They obviously care about their reputation, first class work, cleaned up at the end of every day and liased with other trades that were on site . A totally stress free experience, I cannot recommend this company enough.

I wanted the wooden cladding on the front of my house removed and the whole facade rendered. Darren explained that he would remove the wood and replace with insulation and then render over the insulation.On my request he also removed and replaced the white soffit and gutters with grey to match the windows and front door. From the first contact with Darren and his workers I was impressed by their knowledge which reassured me that they would do a great job which they have. I would highly recommend this company for doing such a great job and all the neighbours have said that the house looks grea.

I contacted Darren via check a trade and he responded within an hour, visited later that day provided a quote (his quotes are extremely competitive, especially now I know the quality of work they deliver) I'd had questions from building regulations and Darren was always available to provide info and offer further support directly to them if needed It took 4 days to complete due to stages and drying/setting times and they were tidy, respectful,professional and reliable. I couldn't recommend enough if you want a high class service and family business from start to finish!

Lovely polite blokes, work carried out during a colder month (February) so took slightly longer with drying processes ect, but overall finished to a high standard, looks 100% better and already my home is warmer

Excellent workmanship of the re-rendering of the front of my house. Special mention to Ash for completing so quickly with no mess. He even went to the extra effort to colour match the paint on the front. Couldn't fault the work and very happy with the end result. Really good price too.

East Midlands Insulation and Rendering have done a fantastic job of rendering some fairly challenging retaining walls around the front of our property. The total area is actually larger than a small house, but Darren, Ashton, Kev and Wilf have all worked hard over the past few weeks to do an incredible job. Details are spot-on and they’ve taken time and care to do the job right. Communication has been great, they have been punctual, polite, hard-working and it was also at a competitive price. A traditional family business with three generations on the tools. A proper job well done.

Darren and his team of Cliff & Kirk have been amazing. They were very friendly, always told us what they were going to do and went out of their way to rectify any problem that occurred during the work. They were neat & tidy, not only cleaning up at the end of each day but they also washed down the windows, drive & pathway regularly. Darren was very helpful from the initial quotation stage to completion of the work. He promptly responded to any messages sent before and during the works.
