Enrico arrived punctually and provided a quick report on a number of jobs that I asked him to review. He completed the major work of replacing the ceiling light system in our kitchen quickly and professionally explaining exactly what he was going to do. He also provided assistance with the resetting of the underfloor heating system He worked quickly and cleaned up the kitchen afterwards taking away all refuse. I will use Enrico again for electrical work.

EB Electrical (Richmond) Ltd did a fantastic job for us. They completely rewired our deceptively large house, which began life as a bungalow in the 1930s and was converted into the eaves with three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, back in the 1970s. They also rewired our double garage and electrical supply to the pond at the bottom of the garden; and installed a light and socket in our new shed. The rewire took around 800m of new electrical cable. Access via the eaves was extremely difficult in several parts of the house and the existing wiring was a total mess (and that's an understatement) with numerous add-ons via junction boxes and taped connections made over the decades. Not only did they complete the rewiring with great skill and a minimum of disruption/mess, but they also disconnected and cleared away all of the bag after bag of old wiring and junction boxes so that it is now possible for us to install insulation in the eaves. The job took Enrico and Ross two full weeks of very hard work, as Enrico had originally estimated. We originally had two other electricians quote for the job, but Enrico was the only one who inspired such confidence by the way he discussed the job when he came to quote and by the way he was prepared to spend time going from room to room discussing our requirements. Enrico was also the only one who prepared a room by room schedule showing the number of points (about 80) and switches/sockets for each room as the basis for his quote; and made helpful suggestions for installation of extractor fans and automatic porch/outdoor lights. So when EnricoÔøΩs realistic quote came in a few hundred pounds more than one of the others, we nevertheless had no hesitation in appointing him to do the work and we are very pleased that we did. There was also no problem in making various adjustments to the positioning and numbers of sockets/switches as the job progressed; and the reasonable stage payments and final account/sign-off were handled with the utmo

Enrico and his colleagues provide a first class electrical service, and he knows how to diagnose and correct domestic wiring. He surveyed our house, made a number of graded recommendations, and carried out the necessary work skilfully and speedily. Found too many spurs in the kitchen, but rewired all points to a ring without having to chase the walls or remove cupboards. I cannot speak too highly of his skill and ingenuity. Martin Bulmer

Three-weeks to rewire an old 3-bed semi, including wiring for an electric car charging point. Enrico was friendly & hardworking and didn't mind working around all our mess. He tidied every night. He also found a way to rewire the kitchen without taking up the floor. Great job & fair price.

We arranged for Enrico to replace our consumer unit and install a high power lead for a new induction hob. The work was done expertly, very tidily, on time and on budget. Enrico replaced all the low voltage halogen lights in our house with LED fittings and solved various other problems along the way including some sockets and junction boxes. His final invoice was in line with his quote. His hourly rate is reasonable. He is a tidy worker with a neat line in plastering. We are v pleased with the work which has done for us so far and would highly recommend him.

Friendly & reliable, came when he said and did not charge as work did not need fixing. The new bathroom fan was faulty.

I recommend Enrico of EB electrical as he carefully installed two new heaters in my living room. He took time explaining what he was doing and explained how the heaters worked. I have used this electrician for several years, and he has always been very thorough in his work. The most recent work involved lifting floor boards, which could have been daunting, but he did the job quickly and cleaned up well afterwards. He is a nice man to chat to, and always explains exactly what he is doing and why. Enrico has worked for us on several occasions over the last few years and is always punctual, reliable and friendly. On September 2nd & 3rd I had two-night storage heaters installed by EB Electrical Ltd. Enrico, who did the work, was at all times efficient, conscientious and helpful. He explained what needed doing including additional wiring and a new fuse box. The work was neat and he tidied up afterwards and replaced any furniture that had been moved. He demonstrated how to use the heaters and arranged for the disposal of the old ones. He has since been in touch to check that the heaters are working correctly.

I contacted EB Electrical by email describing the work I needed and Enrico replied swiftly with a time he could call and quote for the work. He discussed all the work I needed and was clear about what could be done. He sent a quote and when I accepted it agreed a date to do it. He explained everything he was doing and checked that I was happy with it - as some of the work involved making holes in walls. He was as neat as possible, re plastered where he could, and brought a vacuum cleaner to clear up. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We contacted Enrico to sort out some electrical issues that seemed to have stumped another electrical contractor and to do a check of the whole system. During the check he was able to make interim repairs to the problem areas that seemed to cause the previous electrician some difficulty and he identified areas which, as we had anticipated, needed further work. This included renewal of the fuse box to current standards, and installation of a ventilation system and upgraded lighting in the bathroom. The work took two days and was completed to time and budget and the site left clean and tidy.

I was new to the area and needed a complete re-wire at the house we'd bought along with a consumer unit upgrade. I chose EB Electrical based on the Which Trusted Traders reviews. Enrico was helpful, constructive, cooperative, and he always looked for solutions rather than problems. His pricing was accurate and he stuck to the price. There were extras and additional items requested by me as we progressed but everything was managed in a professional constructive, up-front and amicable way. I am retired, but worked in the construction industry for one of the major contractors for forty years, and I must say Enrico is one of the best electricians I have come across.
