Despite all surveyors being booked for the day, Christie requested a surveyor on their day off to visit our property since we had water leaking through the conservatory roof. Within 2 hours, Morgan arrived and diagnosed root cause of both issues and proposed appropriate remediation work. This included fixing the leaking roof free of charge the following morning. A full damp survey was provided with a competitive quote which we accepted."
