Ecoglaze supplied and fitted a Leka lightweight roof over our kitchen. The existing roof was polycarbonate. The work was carried out exactly as promised. Workmanship was good, the workmen were all polite and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them for similar work.

I Cannot recommend

I ordered a 4meter aluminium canopy kit with posts from the trader, to be supplied and fitted.What They fitted was part of a double glazed conservatory roof with 3 large wooded posts held together by screws and masses of silicone. From the very beginning i have been misled and misinformed.After Expressing my concerns to the trader the owner offered to take the canopy back and refund my deposit.I had serious concerns about the safety of canopy and it looked terrible.Canopy attached to house by 8 screws, 2 of which were in mortar joints. It lent away from wall and huge gap was filled with lots of white and clear silicone,silicone placed under canopy also.When guttering was removed i saw the edge of the canopy rested on inside side edge of posts, not on top of whole post just a quarter of it, secured by 2 screws.Bottom of posts were place in large ugly brown bolt down post supports screwed into my raised patio slabs by 4 screws.

Through Ecoglaze we were able to buy the exact door we wanted at a price much better than other quotes. Their after sales service is also first class. When we encountered a problem they were out the same day to resolve. They even managed to fix my garage door that wasn’t supplied by them. Can’t thank them enough.

Very happy with my new sliding doors and bedroom window that was done today by Chris. He was on time and cleaned up after himself. There was a minor scratch on the new window ledge but he was happy to nip off and replace. Would defiantly recommend.

Initial sales meeting went well although we initially wanted bi-fold style doors but the sales person managed to persuade us that we didn't have enough width; we have since found out a year on from another company that was achievable. 8 weeks in we chased the delivery as not heard anything to be told what the sales person had sold us was not a colour/combo option and we would need to chose a different option. When we couldn't find an alternative they said they could source after all but the windows would need to come from Germany. So we waited another 8 weeks for delivery of. The fitting was shabby with large holes filled and sealer applied in an untidy manner. End caps were wrong size, no window locks, new guttering leaking in two places, inside and outside edging different shades of grey , twisted seals, damaged panes and one window needing a new hinge to stay open. Most of the fitters were amazing but one fitter was very rude toward my partner. Took 15 months to complete

Extremely happy with this company from the first contact, through pricing and survey. Installation was trouble free and the result was excellent. Big thanks to Richard and Kian for their work leaving the house clean and tidy. Can easily recommend Ecoglaze.

Don't seem to care about customers only after bill to be paid.. leave you with windows and doors not fitted properly and they don't care. The trader was disrespectful

The task was to build a garden room to the rear of our bungalow so that the garden can enjoyed from inside in all weathers. Having had a traditional conservatory at a previous house we were attracted by the claims of the Leka roof. The January snow proved the insulation properties as it remained on it longer than the main building. The work was completed during a period of continuous rain but the crew coped admirably to level the ground, dig the footings and erect the brickwork. Once this was completed the windows, doors and roof were fitted in no time. Other trades did their bits, slotting in as and when required. We are impressed by the quality of the work done and the politeness of the numerous tradesmen and the office staff. Any problems that became apparent were quickly fixed. A good job that we are now making the most of. Thanks Ecoglaze.

Lewis and Rory fitted two back bedroom windows for me today. They arrived on time, and worked non-stop all afternoon. They were a pleasure to have in the house, and I am delighted with the work they carried out. The windows look lovely (Ecoglaze also installed the tiled roof on my conservatory last year) and the boys cleared everything away once they’d finished. Thank you both! Professional from start to finish. Josh,Ceri and all the team where so helpful from the initial contact when a very friendly person called David left me with a eco glaze leaflet at my property and explained that they were leaving free quotations on their composite front doors. The door and installation were first class and the fitted Scott was so friendly and excellent at his job.We will be changing our conservatory roof in the summer from an old polycarbonate one that is very cold in the winter and boiling hot in the summer to a Leka tiled warm roof system of which eco glaze provide.Won't be going anywhere else has I have full confidence in this company.
