I found Wayne and Sophie very helpful and always managed to answer any queries or uncertainties, with them sending pictures of examples and stating the different products they use and have. Wayne especially was very helpful and has a keen eye to detail. Ensuring things are done properly and to spec. His customer service was great and always put the customers first. Their quotes beat any that I came across out there for the exact same service & stove. Saving us a good amount

Had a log burner and false chimney done plus plastering and oak beam by Ecotech and really happy with the work. From start to finish and initial quoting and booking in we had great customer service. They were really tidy while working and cleaned up between the two days they were here, super polite and explained each step of the process. The finished result is exactly how we had hoped. I would 100% recommend them

I'm really pleased with my Burner. It looks amazing. I wanted to keep my existing surround and was very dubious that this could be achieved. I needn't have worried. The lads who came to do the installation made it look so easy, even though i could see it would be a challenge for them. They were very polite and efficient, cleaning up after themselves as they went along. The end result exceeded my expectations. I love love love it. I would highly recommend Ecotech to anyone. Great communication throughout the whole process.

Contacted the company and had a reply straight away, various options given and accommodating to find what I wanted. Clear price, nice to receive a formal clear quotation. The team that came were lovely lads and did a great job, we made a couple of changes whilst the job was being done and this was no problem. Fitters were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Really pleased with the finished fireplace.

Great communication the only company that gave me multiple options for my money and the only company out of 4 that got straight back to me within a few hours, the team that came to fit explained everything to me and even helped me to keep my old fireplace even though it gave them a serious headache 😂 thanks again it was a pleasure doing business

The workmen arrived within the estimated time, very professional and polite. Everything was explained before they started and it matched what I had requested. They covered the area they were working in and protected my flooring well. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they didn't seem to mind me checking in and taking a look I had an electric log burner put in with 2 down lights. They worked hard all day and tidied and cleaned when they'd finished. The fire and surround look amazing and I love it. I would recommend them for the job, and they have a good choice of fires and surrounds.
