They did a very basic initial inspection. The first visit was to replace some slates, but a few days later there was still leaking at another point. They came again and fixed a few slates that had been missed, but then the leak appeared somewhere else. On the third visit, they said there were other issues, asked me to pay the slate repair outstanding amount first, and stopped responding to the problem afterwards.
