I recently had my double glazing installed and I’m really pleased with the results. The team was professional, friendly, and completed the work to a high standard. The new windows look fantastic and have already made a noticeable difference in keeping the house warmer and reducing outside noise. Everything was completed on time and the area was left clean and tidy. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality double glazing and reliable service.

We have recently had a new front door and side panels fitted. Bilal was very polite and listened to what we wanted. He made some excellent suggestions and took the time to investigate what type of glass was in the door and made sure it matched the side panels. The fitter was very professional and worked quickly.

Very friendly, answered all my queries relating to the job and explained fully the proposed works and process. Communication was good. The work was carried out on time, they were very neat and tidy. I am pleased with the standard and quality of the work and the doors.

We had 4 windows changed in September 2025. The work was carried out on the planned date by a skilled workman, who was hard working, polite and cleaned up carefully before leaving. We found the price very reasonable and the company reliable. Would recommend.

He then visited again with his fitter measured again to order the windows. Kept in communication. Answered all questions. Came with fitters on both days to make sure all was OK. I always prefer to find a well-reviewed, independent, local business like Elegance Glazing for jobs rather than a larger regional or national company. It is just much easier to communicate with. Elegance was helpful in all aspects of the process and straightforward rather than corporate. The work was done on the wettest weekend of a very wet 2024 but still it was completed with a minimum of fuss and any little tweaks that needed attention afterwards were dealt with very quickly and without fuss.

Highly recommend Elegance Glazing. We needed to replace single glazed windows on our 2 bed flat with double glazed windows. Bilal listened to what we needed and provided a very competitive quote without any of the sales nonsense you get with some of the other companies. Would definitely use again.
