I do not recommend this company! I can only warn you before as afterwards is to late! Incompetent decorator sent , they had to take the whole decoration cost off bill as it was such a mess , now paint outside is blistering due to poor application but they refuse to return to fix it , I had held £500 back but wish I had held more back as it’s going to cost way more than that to get it redone, I would avoid this company!

Elesel did a great job of repointing a 1930 chimney. The loose old pointing was removed and new mortar was applied firmly and neatly.

Lee come to look at a few issues that we had , a crack in our brickwork and some damp in our living room . He gave us a quote and we went ahead . The team are personable and very communicative. We are very happy we would definitely recommend

Levi was great at listening and understanding what I needed (settlement repair works) and took the time to gather pictures/video of the area of concern. He was quick to raise a quote and get a date in the diary for the team to come and complete the work. The team (Steve and Paul) were really friendly and completed the work required on the day we had arranged and left our property tidy and clean. I'd have no problem going back to Elesel in the future to help with other projects or maintenance needs.

I would thoroughly recommend using Elesel Property Care. Thank you Lee for coming to my property so swiftly when I discovered a problem with rising damp. Lee and his team, Paul and Steve, were all great guys and the work was completed quickly and with outstanding professionalism. My property was treated with respect and left neat and tidy on completion of the job. I was very impressed by Lee and his team’s efficiency.

We moved into a house that had cracks running through the interior and exterior walls. After having a full structural survey (from a 3rd party) and a visit from Lee we were informed that heli bars would be the best action. Lee and his team were able to fit us in quickly and have been great throughout the process.

We noticed some damp in our lounge after having our patio laid. Elesel attended and informed us that this was due to the Patio being laid too high and breaching the DPC.
