"We made an enquiry about installing aircon cassettes in a couple of rooms in the house. Ben responded quickly and we arranged a survey visit. During the visit Ben surveyed the rooms, exterior and power source and followed up quickly with the appropriate solution. All questions answered satisfactorily. Installation went very well and we were really happy with the results. Ben and Jake were really friendly during the installation and above all, respected the property. A great experience and would recommend."

The indoor unit looks clean and sits nicely in the room, and outside the ducting has been done really neatly. It doesn’t look messy or out of place at all, which was something I was a bit worried about beforehand. He left everything absolutely spotless, like he’d never even been there. All in all, a top-quality job from a genuinely nice guy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and it’s easily 5 stars."

Ben listened to our concerns on the day of installation and was clear how they could be addressed. The finished job has the unit in a good place for us and care was taken to hide it as much as possible. Very tidy workers
