Initially I was very impressed. I was contacted quickly and my kitchen tap was replaced within a week. Then it wasn’t so good. The tap had a small leak and I tried to contact the firm to come out to have a look at it. I telephoned every day for a week and no one got back to me at all. I also had another plumbing job which they were going to have a look at as well but we haven’t heard anything back from them about that.

Just had Matty their Gas Engineer to replace a Hive Receiver, there were problems pairing the new receiver with the hub and phone not down to Matty I might add. He had the patience of a saint and went above and beyond to solve the problem. I would definitely recommend this Matty and this company.

Unfortunately unable to clear blockage but tried everything to do so until it became obvious that blockage was behind tiled wall and would become a major repair that was not necessary in an en-suite that we intend to replace.

Very good overall. Clean and tidy. Nice blokes. Left some very minor cosmetic issues around (small dents in ceiling) and slightly large gaps.

I’ve used Elite twice now for a boiler fault and an underfloor leak . Both times they’ve been the next day and fixed the issues promptly. Couldn’t thank Shaun and his team enough. Great communication and a really fair price both times. Definitely recommend them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My what a great find Elite plumbing are. I’ve used them a couple of times now and Shaun always responds promptly, clearly and professionally. He has always endeavoured to get someone to me as quickly as possible. On each occasion the excellent Matty and his helper have attended to resolve the issue. Most definitely recommend Elite plumbing.

Contacted by phone they were able to come out within a couple of days, The issue with a jammed stop tap was solved very promptly the plumber was great would highly recommend and not hesitate to contact them again if we need any plumbing work.

Brilliant company, my boiler stopped working, elite booked me in early the very next morning and despite bad weather , the company was prompt on the time given, Mattie had my boiler working in no time, polite , helpful and nice to deal with, job was done fast , efficient, and I would highly recommend this company !
