"Andy has done a number of jobs for me. The biggest job was levelling of concrete floor with latex-based compound. Levelling was done on a large surface area (68 m2). Despite that they have achieved an excellent finish. The end result is a very flat and continuous surface - there is only about 3-4 mm difference (by laser gauge) between corners of the room/house. Carpenters who will be laying floor planks are pleased to work on such a flat surface. Andy has always kept time, been professional and courteous in his dealings with me. You are in good hands when doing business with Andy."
