"We recently moved to a new property and needed to update the central heating system from a 1970s original boiler. Chris was exceptionally knowledgeable and able to advise the best system for us. A conscientious person, at every stage he checked we were happy as our pipework threw him some challenges which he overcame. His attention to detail meant the pipework is very neat and tidy, hidden when possible. Chris was always willing to help and added an outside tap in addition, the parts were sourced and fitted literally the next day. Efficient, clean and tidy, we are very happy thank you."

By law, anyone working on your gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register — ask to see their Gas Safe ID card and check the licence number at gassaferegister.co.uk before they start.
Never let an unregistered person touch your gas: unsafe gas work risks carbon monoxide poisoning, fire and explosion, and is a criminal offence.
For a boiler or appliance install, get the work and price in writing and keep the Gas Safe / Building Regulations certificate they are required to give you.
Confirm they cover your area and can actually come out in your timeframe before anything else.
