Beautiful windows expertly installed. I only have two issues: 1) I wasn't informed of the installation date and the fitters arrived with no notice when I was still in my nightclothes and 2) the fitters left cigarette stubs and plastic offcuts on my lawn and paths. Otherwise, they were excellent.

We've just had eight windows installed by Elite Profile UK, a mixture of plastic and aluminium, very impressed with the quality and workmanship, and especially impressed with the personal service we had from Steve. Great quality, highly recommended.

Very fast with responses. Work was carried out by people who clearly knew what they were doing. There was a slight issue as the skirting board was in the way of a hinge which was missed during the initial measuring. But once it was spotted during fitting it was neatly cut and resolved without issue.

Stephen was very prompt in response to our enquiry and quote. Once started the work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. We are very pleased with the whole project which represents very good value for money.
