Once again Empire have pulled it out of the bag! A piece of drainpipe had come away which they had previously installed they came exactly on time fixed within minutes and apologised that this had happened! They had re felted my flat roof 2 yrs ago and the service was exactly the. Same Cant fault this Company and wouldn’t use anyone else!!

Leaking concrete gutter was causing damage in bedrooms & bathroom. From my initial inquiry, the preliminary survey was next day & the work was completed less than a week later, along with clearing the roof of moss & repointing ridge tiles. The property is my late aunt's & I don't live locally but Chris and his team couldn't have been more helpful in liaising with the neighbour regarding access to get the job done. In addition they performed an all round soffit and facia clean, which now looks like new. Representatives, both polite and knowledgeable, turned up on time, on the day booked, and started work immediately and completing in a timely fashion. Completely satisfied with the job done.
