His attention to detail was spot on, took the extra time to suggest and take off the skirting rather than using trim and then refitting and re caulking. Any potential wet areas (bathroom), he sealed very neatly with sealant. I communicated a budget with Neil and he found the Quick-Step flooring with the benefits i required especially with 3 messy kids within my budget. He communicated very well with timings and fitting. Couldn’t have asked for a better service from them."
