He was really helpful and professional and no pressure whatsoever to buy. Window came with certificate etc, all the appropriate paperwork and the lads who installed it were very efficient, pleasant and polite. A minor fault was found when first quote was given, work carried out on a new lintel before installation of windows. Date of installation never changed & Steve was always available beforehand to discuss anything. Installation team came & fully replaced doors & windows of full house within two days, always cleaned up & were very professional & courteous in our home. Installation team went through full debrief of how all items worked & offered advice on maintenance of doors & windows."
