David was excellent. He treated our home with care while doing a brilliant job of fitting an aerial and cabling in a complex set of circumstances. David did some work on our house extending some network cabling around to 2 more rooms in our house and wiring up part of our house to a TV aerial on the roof. Both of these were done as hoped for - and our expectations were exceeded. For the data cabling he listened to what we were trying to achieve and his solution involved less cables around the outside of our house than anticipated. He focussed on the objective of what we were after and came up with the best way of doing it - rather than be blindsided by what I thought was the right way of doing it. The same was true for the TV aerial.

I have used English Installations before so had no hesitation to have him carry out a roof aerial installation for a family member. As previously David did an excellent job. He replied promptly to my enquiry and offered a timely appointment. David arrived on time and talked through what he was going to do. Very tidy workman who also took away old equipment. He also pointed out a small issue on an outside wall and provided a fix without hesitation.

I contacted English Installations because I needed a TV to be hung on the wall. From the initial quote to the end of the job David was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. In my opinion he went above and beyond what was required. Initially he asked the type of questions a prospective contractor should ask for this type of work and requested photos of the area. Before the appointment I was kept informed of any changes. On the day David arrived promptly and carried out the work to a high standard and importantly, cleared up after. I would have no hesitation using this company again.

I called David and explained I had moved into my flat and could not get a TV signal. He explained it could be an issue in my flat (at my cost) or the building (management cost). He was very flexible and started in my flat and then worked out it was a building issue. He then worked with building management to get approval and replace the network box. I then had an issue with how to get TV signals into my Hong Kong purchased TV and he helped and advised over the phone without further charge. Very helpful and nice to deal with. I moved house and used English Installations to move and install two wall mounted TVs, a sound bar and two mounted speakers, recessing all the cabling into the wall. The service was professional, sleek and very well done. David was excellent at resolving any issues and providing practical solutions and recommendations. I got very good value for my money. David's work was absolutely fantastic! I have a wall mounted tv screen, but wanted all cables to be hidden inside the wall. David came up with a clever solution and even added a few other cables for future use. Competitive pricing and great communication throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend English Installations.
